As a Customer Service Administrator you will be an essential part of our customer-centric team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support and assistance to our valued clients. This will involve:

  • Responding to client enquiries and providing prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly assistance via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating with our technical team to ensure quick resolution.
  • Managing and updating customer accounts and information in our CRM system.
  • Collaborating with various internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assisting in the development of customer service policies and procedures to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Proactively identifying areas for improvement in our service offerings and suggesting innovative solutions.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a dedication to problem-solving.
  • Basic technical knowledge and the willingness to learn about our products and services.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proactive and adaptable approach to work, with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing platforms is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Peterborough, PE8 6NE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

  • Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
