As a Customer Service Administrator you will be an essential part of our customer-centric team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support and assistance to our valued clients. This will involve:
- Responding to client enquiries and providing prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly assistance via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating with our technical team to ensure quick resolution.
- Managing and updating customer accounts and information in our CRM system.
- Collaborating with various internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assisting in the development of customer service policies and procedures to enhance overall efficiency.
- Proactively identifying areas for improvement in our service offerings and suggesting innovative solutions.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a dedication to problem-solving.
- Basic technical knowledge and the willingness to learn about our products and services.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proactive and adaptable approach to work, with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing platforms is a plus.

Salary: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
