Responsibilities of a Customer Service Administrator:
- Performing administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, copying, and data entry
- Handling emails from existing customers, protection advisors, or other insurers
- Ensuring actions or requests are completed in a timely fashion.
- Communicating with advisors and insurance providers, transferring them to the correct department
- Maintaining accurate records and databases of insurance policies and transactions
- Preparing reports and statistics on insurance activities
- Updating and maintaining customer records and databases using our CRM system
- Collaborating with other departments and teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements for a Customer Advisor Administrator:
- Experience in customer service or an administrative role desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications software
- A positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ideally, familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and principles

Hours: 8:30 - 4:30, 1 late per week (12-8), 1 Mid per week (10:30-6:30) 1 in 6 Saturdays 9-4
Location: Aztec west, Bristol

Salary: £22,000.00 per year
