The Opportunity
As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination of rope access manpower, liaising closely with the operations team to assist with day-to-day operations.
The key duties and responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:
> Liaising closely with client coordinators to continuously define project objectives
> Ensuring the correct tradesmen are placed on client scopes
> Populating Rope Access Cross Party Agreements, gather relevant certificates on behalf of the operations team, prior to KAEFER approval
> Liaising with stores to inform of upcoming scopes and ensure rope access kits are sent to client sites in a timely manner
> Liaising with the logistics team regarding upcoming mobilisations
> Operational on call rotations
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role will have determination and persistence, who can continuously define project objectives. They will have the ability to work in a team setting, and ability to trust intuition with minimal supervision.
Essential:
> Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
> Knowledge of offshore assets and onshore plants
> Previous offshore experience
> Previous or current rope access technician
> Construction background
> Time served plater, pipefitter or rigger
Desirable:
> Current Rope Access Certificate
> IRATA ICOP
