Commercial Property / Real Estate Legal Team
Qualified Solicitors PQE 3 years +

There is so much potential in the city region and having a team that has in-depth local knowledge, excellent technical and commercial skills and strong relationships with the local intermediary and funder community, is what underpins our current and future success here.
You will work within our Real Estate Department developing our Commercial Property offering within Merseyside, building your network in the city, alongside the team that has been highlighted in the Legal 500 Tier 1.
You will be used to managing your own caseload and advising a range of clients from owner-managed businesses right through to larger scale developers and property portfolio holders and entrepreneurs.
You can sure of flexibility when it comes to office location and hybrid working. If you are open to full time or part time hours, then so are we.
