We have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Customer Service Administrator, where you will join a friendly team within a fast-paced environment, providing admin support to our Distribution Centres based in Whittlesford and Papworth.

About the role

Our distribution centres (Group Print and Operations) are responsible for processing and delivering examination material to millions of learners worldwide, in over 170 countries.

As an Administrative Officer, you will provide our warehouse staff, external visitors, and contractors with high-quality face-to-face, telephone, and email customer service support.

You will assist with the provision of general administrative support to Group Print and Operations as required, ensuring that all departmental process and procedures are adhered to. This includes:

  • Raising Purchase Orders
  • Processing invoices through accounts payable and recharging the coding orders appropriately
  • Ensuring the Stock Control for Warehouse items is maintained and monitored at all times. This includes working closely with external suppliers to procure quotes and arrange delivery of items.

Additionally, you will support the Departmental Managers and Administrative Service Manager in making sure Risk Assessments and Health and Safety Inspections are completed. This role is 3 days on-site with an 8am start time and finishing the latest 4.30pm.

You will have good interpersonal skills, be a self-assured communicator, and have the flexibility to change your approach.

You will feel at ease helping individuals with their questions because our office can be busy all day with visitors; be able to operate under pressure, accurately complete tasks with great attention to detail and solve problems with assurance.
