Available Job Today Job Title: Service Activation - Customer Booking Assistant
Salary: £20,000 - £24,000
Location: Kings Hill, Kent
THE ROLE
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self- motivated and extremely organised Customer Bookings assistant to join our ever-expanding Service Activation Team. You will help organise our installation appointments with our customers ensuring an efficient and friendly customer experience with every call.
THE DAY JOB
- Managing inbound calls and outbound calls with customers, booking installation appointments
- Resolve calls in a calm and professional manner, including answering questions or giving advice where appropriate
- Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of help topics, job scheduling
- Use computer systems to manage customer appointments, record call details, and log tickets
- Effectively manage own workload
- Demonstrate strong customer service when speaking to customers
- The role is principally working within Customer Bookings. However, you may also be required to carry out other tasks within the Service Activation department.

- Candidates must have a GCSE pass or equivalent in maths and English

You will have at least one years’ experience in a similar role, preferably gained within the communications industry.
