Dishoom cafés are bustling spaces where people come together to break down barriers and share in a love of Bombay food and culture. Each of our restaurants pay homage to old Irani cafés and are deeply rooted in some aspect of Bombay history.

We’re looking for charming, charismatic and kind people to join us as Server/Waiter/Waitress/Head Waiter. You’re determined to go above and beyond for our guests; taking care of them like family to ensure they never want for anything. Head Waiter. You have at least 1 year minimum experience working in a high volume environment, following detailed steps of service and comfortable managing a busy section. What to expect

• Contracted 40 hours per week, across 5 days.
• Average pay up to £18 - £20 per hour inclusive of Tronc ( Please note this based on our current pay rates for London)
• Weekly changing rota, requiring flexibility Monday - Sunday.
• We're an all day dinning Cafe, providing daytime and evening shifts.
