Job description
We are looking for experienced and passionate servers to join us for a new restaurant concept in the heart of Cardiff, Maison de Boeuf. Imagine a romantic Parisian Steak House, with a simple fixed-price menu. Open for lunch and supper complimented with a beautiful bar serving until 1 am.
As a server your role will involve serving customers in a busy 80+ cover restaurant, ensuring that each customer is looked after and leave having a memorable experience.
We are looking for both full and part-time members, You must be flexible and able to work weekends and evenings.
Responsibilities
Deliver a high level of customer service.
Take orders, and deliver food and drinks to the table.
Opening and Closing the venue
To ensure consistently high standards of restaurant presentation.
Ensure that all customer feedback is dealt with effectively – turn complaints into compliments
Requirements
Experience is preferred (1-year minimum)
Must be able to work nights shifts
Must be able to upsell.
