Our company is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable individual to fill the role of Receptionist/administrative Assistant. We're on the lookout for a candidate who can effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines and take initiative when needed. The right candidate will have previous experience working in a professional office environment. Responsibilities:
- Answer the phone.
- Answer (and route) email and other messages.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Type or write routine correspondence and documents.
- Keep updated files and records.
- Meet tight deadlines.
- Serve as receptionist.

Salary: From £21,255.00 per year
