Job Title (s): Food and Beverage Serving Staff
We are looking for a professional and friendly Bar and Waiting Staff to join our team from April on either permanent, part time or casual basis.
Job Purpose:
Your main goal in this position should be to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and provide an outstanding customer experience.
Key Duties:
· Welcoming customers
· Understand our menus and describe different dishes and drinks
· Make recommendations on specialities
· Take orders at table, and, or at the point of sale
· Deliver orders to the table in a timely manner
· Adhere to food, hygiene and safety standards
· Collaborate closely with other staff members
Experience:
· At least 1 years of experience as a bar or wait staff or similar customer facing role
Candidate:
· Customer oriented approach
· Team player
· Good time-management skills
· Great interpersonal and communication skills
