We are The Seafood Bar. We're a family-owned business, with 4 locations in Amsterdam & Utrecht and last year we opened our first UK restaurant, in Dean St. Soho.
About The Position
We are looking for an enthusiastic new colleague in the service department. Are you experienced in hospitality? That’s a plus but we find a hospitable attitude and eagerness to learn, much more important. Your appearance and friendliness make the difference.
With us, it's all about seafood, fresher than fresh. Fruits de Mer's and Plateaus fly by and the presentation is stunning. Photos of our dishes can be found all over the internet. Yet your service ultimately determines how our guests experience The Seafood Bar. If you have a good eye for small details, always think one step ahead, a little stress doesn’t faze you and you like working with people and meeting different cultures, then get in touch - this is the job for you.
What we ask from you:
You live in London and have a legal right to work in the UK;
You are flexible: working evening and weekend shifts are fine with you;
The ability to speak and write English fluently;
Experience in hospitality and/or product knowledge (wine, fish) is a plus.

Originating in Holland, The Seafood Bar was started in 2012 by the De Visscher family, Burgundian fishmongers, passionate only about the freshest and tastiest seafood.
The Seafood Bar is for people who enjoy life! You can indulge in oysters and cocktails, or just go for the simple fish & chips. We want to offer our guests a fantastic experience in a cosy, casual setting. It's our dream to provide our guests incredible seafood, and we're living that dream.
Sustainability is something the family feels very strongly about. Together with the suppliers, MSC and MSA certified fish is selected whenever possible. The kitchens also ensure that the whole fish is used, so there is no waste.
We have 250 staff working for us in Holland and we are excited to be welcoming London based staff into our family!
