Voted ONE OF THE BEST cocktail bars in the UK & has this year become THE FIRST EVER BAR IN THE UK to have it’s signature serve listed in a national supermarket. The award winning signature serve Mirror Margarita has also WON MORE AWARDS than any other cocktail in the UK. Both the Brixton and Dalston venues HACHA have also have won multiple awards and accolades and they aim to take Agave spirits to the next level alongside serving the finest Mexican street food. Dalston HACHA opened in 2019 and Brixton in 2021, with HACHALITO in Elephant and Castle sue to open imminently.
Founded by Deano Moncrieffe (ex Diageo global Tequila ambassador, founder Equal Measures) and Emma Murphy (ex Milk and Honey, Gordon Ramsey & Drink Up London), Hacha is a celebration of Tequila & Mezcal, London’s only Agaveria and home of the Mirror Margarita. This year we were voted UK's Best Speciality Bar at the CLASS Bar Awards.
For 2023 we have huge ambitions to grow even more and we are building an exciting new team of talented and experienced professionals to elevate our brands even further.
The Role:
FOH staff will directly report to and work closely with the Bars Manager and Assistant Manager, maintain a close working relationship with the owners in their respective areas of the business and work with the rest of the team.
Service opening and closing duties, plus service - looking after our guests to the highest standards.
Maintain standards of H&S to meet necessary guidelines and certifications, ensuring venue & equipment is kept clean and maintained to highest standards.
Prioritise guest fulfilment and satisfaction for all bookings.
Be part of the highly motivated and expert team.
Ensure the Hacha style of service is followed.
This role is well suited for someone who wants to grow and develop their skills within an independent company. Most importantly, a successful candidate will be someone who not only loves agave (or would like to learn more about it), but someone who takes great care in the service that they provide to guests.

Part-time hours: 30-35 per week
Salary: £11.00-£14.00 per hour
