We are looking for a part time Fryer to join our team in our Fish and Chip shop based in Cottingham. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar environment, a positive can do attitude and will be willing to learn new skills and possess an excellent work ethic.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Preparation, cooking and frying of food.
- Processing orders using the till system.
- Serving food and dealing with customers.
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
- Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
Required Skills
- At least 1-2 years experience working in a fish and chip shop.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- A flexible approach.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 - 25 per week
