Job description
El Pescador are looking to hire a number of experienced Bar Staff/mixologists for our very busy restaurant in the Swansea Marina Area.
We are a family run passionate Spanish themed restaurant right in the heart of the marina with an extensive wine, gin and cocktail menus.
The successful candidates will work on a flexible basis supporting the restaurant bar and the restaurant floor when needed. Ideally were looking for someone who wants to grow with us and has a passion for developing new recipes and authentic classics alike.
