About us
Garden House Hospice Care is based in Letchworth Garden City and provides specialist palliative care for patients, families and carers facing life-limiting illnesses, enabling them to have the best possible quality of life by providing care and support in the setting of their choice.
We support people in our community and their families and carers, to live as well as possible, according to their own wishes. We have a wide range of services and facilities including wellbeing hubs, hospice at home, physiotherapy, and services to support patients to live pain-free and manage the symptoms of their diagnosis. Our teams offer physical, emotional and spiritual care.

About the role
Working alongside our Learning & Development Specialist, Claire Parry, the Coordinator will support and co-deliver our in-house people development courses, management training and help to build capability as part of our people plan. They will help to identify training needs across the Charity and build learning pathways for all employees.
About you
You will have at least 12 months experience working in a similar HR/L&D role within a professional organisation - Level 3 CIPD is desirable but not essential. You will have excellent IT skills using the MS Office Suite, excellent attention to detail and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
