Job description
This is a flexible position, working in all areas of the front of house operation. You may be serving our customers, pouring fine wines, setting tables with absolute precision or greeting them at the door with a smile. Our team members are encouraged to take on every role, providing them with skills and experience and providing our customers with the ultimate service satisfaction. As we are based in a daytime attraction, the role also allows for most evenings off.
About you:
Primarily you will have a passion for great food and drink, an aspiration to provide the best customer service and immaculate presentation. You will obviously be hard working, relatable, communicative and approachable, but you will also need to be conscientious, detail orientated, enthusiastic and have the ability to multi-task. Whilst we would love to receive applications from people who have experience in fast-paced, fine dining establishments, it should not deter applicants new to the industry as we are happy to train those with the perfect attitude.
