RESPONSIBLE TO

CRM Manager


JOB PURPOSE

Build and implement e-communications aimed at improving existing customer engagement, retention and lifetime value.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ownership of the production, testing and execution of all B2C service and marketing ecomms via email, sms and mobile app push notifications using customer engagement platforms (Movio and Airship)
  • Ownership of the B2C ecomms calendar and all email templates as briefed by the Marketing, B2B and Customer Services teams.
  • Working with the Commercial, Marketing, Film and Retail Teams on ad-hoc campaigns and marketing automations for specific customer segments and business objectives
  • Analysing customer segments and the business impact of executed ecomms
  • Ensure integrity of client & customer data is upheld and adheres to privacy laws & best practice codes of conduct
  • Support departmental projects as required

Knowledge & Experience

  • Analytical in approach with the ability to report on results in a clear and concise way
  • Creative – in the ability to understand what creative works well as well as the ability to problem-solve
  • Highly proficient in the use of Office applications, email and reporting tools.
  • Understanding of digital media communications
  • Strong attention to detail
