RESPONSIBLE TO
CRM Manager
JOB PURPOSE
Build and implement e-communications aimed at improving existing customer engagement, retention and lifetime value.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ownership of the production, testing and execution of all B2C service and marketing ecomms via email, sms and mobile app push notifications using customer engagement platforms (Movio and Airship)
 - Ownership of the B2C ecomms calendar and all email templates as briefed by the Marketing, B2B and Customer Services teams.
 - Working with the Commercial, Marketing, Film and Retail Teams on ad-hoc campaigns and marketing automations for specific customer segments and business objectives
 - Analysing customer segments and the business impact of executed ecomms
 - Ensure integrity of client & customer data is upheld and adheres to privacy laws & best practice codes of conduct
 - Support departmental projects as required
 
ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES & EXPERIENCE
Knowledge & Experience
- Analytical in approach with the ability to report on results in a clear and concise way
 - Creative – in the ability to understand what creative works well as well as the ability to problem-solve
 - Highly proficient in the use of Office applications, email and reporting tools.
 - Understanding of digital media communications
 - Strong attention to detail
