Caffeine&Machine exists as a brand that caters to everyone with a love for things that move. Our physical spaces include a coffee house, pub, roadside diner, art gallery, clothing boutique – but beyond all that, simply a place to go, a thing to experience, a community to become part of.
Caffeine&Machine has successfully operated The Hill (near Stratford Upon Avon) since 2018, and we are opening a new location in Bedfordshire (MK45) in September 2023.
We are seeking Bar and Waiting team members to work in the coffee house, pub and diner.
You will work closely with the Assistant General Manager, Team Leaders and your fellow front of house team.
The main purpose of this role is to ensure that the customer receives an outstandingly high level of service. Responsibilities will include welcoming customers, making coffee, serving behind the bar, table service in the diner and outside areas, and food running from the kitchen.
Given the importance of health and safety, you must maintain high standards of hygiene and ensure that that you abide by all company health and safety procedures and guidelines.
Prior experience of working in a coffee shop, bar or restaurant is desirable but not essential. All training will be provided. A great attitude and a warm and friendly approach to customers is essential.

- Salary: £7.00 - £10.50 per hour (depends on age & experience)
- Range of shifts & contracted hours available to suit – casual zero hours, 8hrs, 20hrs, 40hrs per week
