GRAPHIC DESIGNER

The Role:
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create on-brand graphics across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, your graphics should capture attention and communicate the right message. For this, you need to be creative, skillful, understand the brand style and its target audience, able to translate requirements into design, detail oriented, organized, a self-starter, and a great communicator.
Responsibilities:
· Understand design briefs and determine requirements.
· Planning, illustrating, conceptualize visuals, and present concepts for stakeholders’ alignment/approval.
· Preparing finished art
· Coordinating with printer and digital menu provider
· Creating a wide range of print graphics and layouts for product and marketing campaigns including but not limited to posters, banners, brochures, decals, training materials, and packaging.
· Creating and editing a wide range of digital elements including but not limited to digital screen graphics, 2D and 3D videos, social media posts and reels, email marketing, and web design.
· Copywriting
· Lead photoshoot projects in collaboration with R&D and Marketing team.
· Collaborate with Digital Marketing Coordinator to develop and edit 3D videos.
· Schedule projects and timeline across 6 brands: Yogen Früz, Sweet Jesus, Yogurty’s, Yeh! Yogurt, Pinkberry and Swensen’s.
· Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
Requirements:
· Min. 2 years graphic design experience
· Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.
· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, XD.
· Experience in animation, videography, and photography.
· Experience in WordPress and Canva preferred.
· Excellent communication skills
· 100% in-office position
