Job Title: Waiter
Reports To: General Manager
Overall Purpose
As a waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service by welcoming guests, communicating allergens and dietary requirements, delivering food and beverages, managing activity bookings, and collecting payments. We're looking for a team player with a confident, self-motivated, and friendly attitude, who takes pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience and is always looking for ways to improve.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming all guests to designated section.
- Communicating allergens and dietary requirements to guests and kitchen
- Delivering food and beverages to guests and checking back to ensure satisfaction.
- Managing bookings for activity from start to finish.
- Escalating complaints to management
- Providing excellent guest service
- Providing excellent guest service
- Collecting payments from guests

Salary: £12.42 - £13.92 / Hour
Schedule: Part Time / Full Time
