Job description
5 Hertford Street is the beautifully appointed private member's club owned and operated by entrepreneur Robin Birley; located in the heart of Mayfair. Our aim is to be a home away from home, in the utmost comfort, where members are looked after by a team who know them by name.
We are currently looking for two Waiters to join our Ground Floor Team and our Upper Floor Team.

The responsibilities of our Waiter are:
- Preparing the restaurant mise-en-place for the various shifts
- Present and serve food to the guests with proper sequence and timing, mentioning the name of the dish to the client and explaining the dishes when requested to do so
- Observe, anticipate and accommodate all guests needs and requests
The Experience & Qualifications required of our Waiter are:
Significant experience in a similar position is essential
Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private member’s club advantageous
The working hours:
- 5 shifts per week on a rota basis, Monday - Saturday.
The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
