We are looking for a Global Brand (or Senior Brand) Marketing Manager to join our Global Marketing team!
- Location of role: 2 days a week office based (London, SE1 0LH) & 3 days home working

We are recruiting for a new Global Brand (or Senior Brand) Marketing Manager at REN Clean Skincare where we have been making waves in the beauty industry since launching in London in 2000. As the newest member of our team reporting to REN's Global Head of Marketing and Strategy, your role will involve spearheading vital aspects of our Brand and Innovation strategies on a global scale. We are seeking a seasoned Marketeer who possesses the confidence to take charge and independently drive business-critical projects. Responsibilities & Duties:
- Drive and oversee both Brand and Innovation management, ensuring seamless integration between the two
- Take charge of end-to-end project management for pivotal global brand and innovation initiatives, including the launch of new products, refreshing existing franchises, and devising effective market and product strategies
- Collaborate closely with the consumer activation team to research and develop innovation and activation plans that align with market needs
- Skilfully manage and optimise the portfolio of core and innovative SKUs/franchises, including packaging, claims, and gross margin management
- Proactively lead performance analysis and reviews, taking decisive actions and implementing necessary changes to drive success
- Assume full responsibility for end-to-end innovation management, collaborating with third-party manufacturers and contract manufacturers, driving insight and data-driven innovation pipelines, and skilfully overseeing key innovation projects in close collaboration with R&D, Supply Chain, Consumer Marketing, and Sales teams
- Cascade critical messages to education and training teams, equipping them with relevant brand materials to effectively deliver brand knowledge
- Conduct thorough research on consumer insights, trends, and testing, utilising key findings to inform and enhance project strategies
- Develop, own, and support the facilitation of significant internal workshops and meetings, as well as external customer touchpoints to drive collaboration and alignment
- Provide marketing materials and support to international teams in key growth markets, including China, ensuring cohesive brand representation across regions

- Showcase strong presentation skills, including the ability to create engaging presentation materials and deliver impactful presentations in person and virtually
