Campervans.co.ukis a growing player in the UK campervan industry. We provide an online marketplace that connects buyers with sellers, via a pay per listing system. Our strategic goal is to become an industry leader that is primed for acquisition.
We’re looking to hire a person that will oversee and be responsible for all aspects of the SEO of our marketplace. The SEO plan and implementation need to be started from fresh.
Who Is This Role For
This role is suited for someone that’s happy to build an SEO strategy from the ground up. We’re fully aware that you’ll need to dip your fingers in many different aspects of the role which may not be suitable for all. For those looking to leave their mark by building the foundations of a future market leader, we’re a perfect fit.
You Will
· Develop a new SEO strategy from the ground up. Taking into consideration our market aims and ensuring they align.
· Perform keyword research that will allow us to consider what areas are essential to focus on.
· Implement SEO measures to ensure the growth of the website through search engine marketing.
· Develop a content framework that will be used to hire a team of 1-2 writers based in the UK.
· Suggest changes to the platform where applicable, that will aid in SEO.
· Track and monitor search engine rankings and provide reporting on a monthly/yearly basis.
· Keep up to date with industry standards and implement changes required on the website.
Requirements
· UK or US Based – Those located in the US will need to ensure UK English is used. Proficient in the English language.
· Experience with WordPress.
· While we are flexible on working hours, you must be available for 1-2 phone calls each month, during standard UK or US working hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £42,000.00 per year
