In parallel, we’ll support you through a Level 3, Business Administrator Apprenticeship which is the academic equivalent of two ‘A’ levels. Training is provided through online learning, and remotely delivered one-to-one coaching support.

- provide general administrative support for the team, our leadership teams, project teams and key meetings
- manage diaries, mailboxes and set up meetings as required
- prepare communication materials
- take notes and track actions for groups and committees

The team
The Operations Regulation Monitoring and Customer (Ops RMC) team deliver high quality national once activities. Our department of 2,000 people play a lead role in creating a better place for people and wildlife and ensuring that our environment is left in a better state than we found it. Our team is formed of 6 business units, these apprenticeships will be based across 3 of them.
Experience/skills required
Background and experience are not as important as your energy, enthusiasm, and commitment, as the apprenticeship will provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to be fully competent in this role. However, you must be able to manage your time effectively, as you’ll need to balance your formal apprenticeship training with your day-to-day duties. You'll be a good communicator, and open to working with people at all levels of the business. Being able to listen, learn and apply the learning you gain from the apprenticeship will be essential.
