Responsibilities:
- Use your knowledge of growth marketing to create world-class, SEO growth strategies for multiple SaaS brands, to dramatically increase their KPI every quarter
- Successfully plan each 3-month SEO growth roadmap so time & link budgets are being met, with a mix of tactics (inputs) to create the desired uplift in KPI (output)
- Dig into sales funnels, user journeys, and KPI data to really understand the opportunities to drive growth through the brands’ organic channels
- Conduct ICP analyses to develop a data-centric understanding of the brands’ customers - leverage these insights in your strategic planning
- Crunch & model data in spreadsheets, pulling data from a multitude of different sources to understand why KPIs are changing and identify ways to improve on current growth
- Leverage tools such as GSC, GA, Hubspot, Salesforce, etc. Give insights to support our PM team
- Find ways to improve conversion rates throughout the funnel. Come up with CRO suggestions and experiments to increase north star KPI metrics.
- Do regular competitor analysis to unearth interesting growth strategies and tactics that you can apply in your strategic planning
- Build financial models to measure the ROI of the impact we are generating through SEO
- Create forecasting models to anticipate how we can scale our SaaS brand’s SEO channel, and what inputs are required for the desired outputs
- Create link building plans to accurately prioritise which pages to secure links to, in order to achieve the biggest KPI upside
- Regularly join client calls to be the voice behind the growth strategy, funnel metrics, and KPI movements
- Work on advanced growth projects related to growth loops, programmatic content production, and UGC
- Daily collaboration with our Project Management, Tech SEO, Content SEO, and Off-Page SEO teams
About you:
- You have at least 3 years working in a growth marketing role, with a specialisation in SEO and a focus on driving incremental revenue
- You’re highly analytical and can easily analyse the why behind the whats
- You’re obsessed with analysing SEO growth strategies from the world’s top SaaS brands and are able to easily deconstruct them.
- You have experience with tools such as Ahrefs, GSC, GA, Google Sheets and Google Data Studio
- You can communicate complex ideas in a super simple and non-technical way
- You’re based within Europe
- You will need to be registered as a freelancer in your country of tax residence. E.g. Sole Trader in the UK or Autónomo if you're in Spain
