AIR INUIT CORPORATE PROFILE
Air Inuit has been providing essential scheduled, chartered, cargo and emergency air transport services to Nunavik and beyond- 24 hours a day, 365 days a year - for over 44 years. Collectively owned by the Inuit of Nunavik, through Makivik Corporation, the airline operates a fleet of 30 aircraft and employs approximately 900 employees in one of the world’s most challenging flight environments.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Responsible for performing administrative functions to ensure the smooth running of the program. Organize document management, make technical requests, respond to IT/client requests and inquiries inquiries and concerns when needed.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing filing system.- Recording information as needed.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
- Organizing travel by booking accommodation and reservation needs as required.
- Coordinating events as necessary.
- Maintaining supply inventory.
- Maintaining office equipment as needed.
- Aiding with IT support as needed.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diplomat or equivalent.
- No relevant experience needed.
- Ability to work well under limited supervision.
- Technical knowledge:
- Good knowledge of MS Window, MS Office, Internet and hardware.
- Good Customer service experience required.
- Good Knowledge of Active Directory.
- Good Knowledge in Inventory and purchasing.
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Bilingual (French - English).
- Eager to learn

- Able to handle stress
- Available to travel to Nunavik (Quebec internal flights).

REMUNERATION
