Job description
You will be taking calls form drivers with potential problems with their vehicles and supporting them through to completion of claim. Your technical knowledge will support judgements made in whether claims are covered or not. You will act as a pivotal point of contact for our dealers in offering advice and support and ensure customer satisfaction across the business.
We pride ourselves in our honest and integrity with dealers, and this is a key attribute we will be looking for.
A good level of computer competency is needed together with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
You will need to be supper organized the department is busy with multiple claims, garages and dealers being involved in every transaction. You also need to remain calm under pressure.
Due to the nature of the role, there will be customer challenges, therefore a calm and professional manner is needed. Good listening skill, and a warm and friendly demur would be advantageous.

Salary: £24,921.00-£26,392.00 per year
