What we’re looking for
- Someone who eats words for breakfast, with at least 3 years’ experience as a SEO copywriter or digital content editor ‒ chances are, you probably ran your own blog at some point or you’ve been writing your epic novel since your cringey teen years. (Same.)
- A detail-oriented writer who can create content speedily, in a branded tone of voice, aimed at our audience, not the bots.
- A go-getter, someone who’s raring to go, ready to hit the ground running… all the cliches.
- Someone who’s passionate about issues and topics that impact women, across all walks of life, for B2C and B2B audiences.
- An analytics nerd, driven by data, inspired by insights ‒ you don’t just write; you measure, learn, analyse, and optimise.
- A champion of diversity, inclusion, and intersectionality, who writes for all women.
- Someone who knows their way around a CMS ‒ because, let’s face it, all CMSes are pretty much the same, anyway.
- A curious creative who’s not afraid to share their ideas for growth ‒ the weirder, the better!
- An innovator who knows the SEO essentials: GA4, GSC, SEM, ASO, CRO, CTAs, H2s, YMYL, EEAT, UGC, SERP ‒ TL;DR, TBH.
- Someone who wants to be part of something bigger, to make a difference.
- A fluent English speaker ‒ Spanish-speaking is a bonus!
- A fellow Oxford comma fan.
- Someone who's alive and kicking during our standard working hours (GMT/BST)
- The next Peanut enthusiast ‒ when we grow, we grow together.
