Job description
Here at VKF UK, we are looking for a Marketing SEO Assistant to join our ambitious and enthusiastic marketing team. The individual will need to be able to consistently write quality content, manage website updates & effectively use analytical tools to assess the success of SEO efforts.
For this role, we require a candidate with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn how our website operates, both front end & back end. Additionally, the individual must bring a creative and motivated mindset to successfully fulfil their responsibilities. This role would be suitable for a recent graduate in a relevant field or an individual with experience within a similar role.

Responsibilities
· Creation of written content for the website such as blog posts, category and product descriptions, meta titles/descriptions
· Undertaking off-page SEO, i.e. creating quality backlinks to the website and removing toxic links
· Utilising Google Analytics & various other tools to analyse the performance of SEO efforts and feeding back on key point to relevant parties
· Liaising with our German head office to implement technical aspects of SEO
· Taking on keyword, customer and competitor research and tracking online visibility
· Helping with wider marketing activities when needed
Required skills
· Excellent command of the English language
· High attention to detail
· Great teamworking skills – able to work effectively with the marketing team, as well as the wider business
· A creative mind with the ability to also think analytically
· A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Desirable skills
· Proficiency with Google Analytics and other Google tools
· A degree in business, marketing, English or similar
· Previous experience within marketing/SEO would be advantageous, however not essential
