INTRODUCTION
We are excited to be working once again with a long-term client, who is a multiple award-winning digital marketing agency. They are on the lookout for a knowledgeable SEO Consultant to join their team at the middleweight level.
THE COMPANY
Our client, who has been established for over 25 years, is experiencing continued growth and demand for their services, and as such is recruiting for an experienced SEO Consultant to join their 100-strong team.
THE ROLE OF A SEO CONSULTANT
· Technical SEO – on & off page optimisation, up-to-date knowledge of latest search engine practices to ensure algorithmic compliance and search visibility.
· Local SEO – including Google My Business, to ensure client sites rank through solid citation/link portfolio & necessary on-page factors.
· Article/Content Marketing – in collaboration with other skilled creatives you will generate relevant ideas to produce pieces that achieve marketing goals.
· Reporting – using analytics platforms you will identify performance across a broad range of metrics and reporting on this to clients.
· Strategising – identify opportunities and make recommendations to clients to advance the marketing, in line with the client’s goals.
REQUIREMENTS OF A SEO CONSULTANT
· Minimum 2 years of experience in the Internet Marketing field and SEO.
· Previous experience with Google Analytics, Search Console and other SEO tools such as Google My Business, AHREFs etc.
· Detailed working knowledge of domain authority building strategies, website optimisation, content marketing and conversion rate optimisation.
· Client service skills/client communications.
· Insight into WordPress.
· Social & Ecommerce experience (desirable).
