We are looking for a SEO Account Manager (Technical SEO) to join our growing team in Manchester.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of SEO experience, e-commerce advantageous, and will be the contact point for clients and their eCommerce needs. They will use commercial acumen to understand business challenges and find solutions to these using technical SEO, eCommerce and digital marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and analytical skills; capable of getting into the details of both technical SEO and eCommerce. While we prefer Account Management experience, we understand that technical skills are something we can - and will - teach you.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:
- Analyse website-related data, drawing insights to create eCommerce growth strategies.
- Debug and investigate website problems, fixing these individually or with team members, and communicate this back to clients.
- Liaise across SEO, development & content teams to manage deliverables.
- Maintain healthy client relationships through email, phone calls & face-to-face meetings.
- Initiate regular project touch points to communicate strategic initiatives to clients.
Your Monthly Tasks Might Include:
- Consult clients swiftly and confidently through phone, email & direct messaging.
- A combination of keyword research, metadata implementation, web analysis, technical auditing / fixes, review website hierarchies, creating SEO content briefs, or, investigate and find solutions for technical problems & all flagged issues in GSC, GA, Ahrefs, SEMRush.
- Investigate & implement strategies to drive eCommerce revenue for clients, which includes UX improvements, channel development, SEO, CRO, funnel improvement or paid advertising campaigns (PPC).
- Compile monthly reports using our custom CRM & website data to communicate website performance across eCommerce & SEO.
