Do you have what it takes to hit the ground running in a busy, vibrant and challenging technological environment? Are you dynamic, enthusiastic, and willing to get involved in supporting an array of digital projects? If so, this could be the rewarding role you are looking for.
The successful applicant will collaborate with colleagues across the Council to improve the online experience for our customers in line with stakeholder expectations and business needs. They will be responsible for development and implementation of the council's digital systems and associated integrated technologies, in addition to responsibly for two mid-level developers. They will have an understanding of customer-focussed end-to-end digital processes.
Great working knowledge and experience of .net development, CRM development and system integration development is essential.
Existing knowledge of the GovService platform, or equivalent experience with another complex CRM implementation, in addition to working knowledge of a CMS would be advantageous.
To apply, please review the job description and person specification and email your CV and covering letter to [email protected]
Closing date for receipt of applications is Sunday 17th September at midday, and interviews are expected to be held week commencing 2nd October.
All employees will normally be appointed to the minimum of the grade for the job. For reasons connected with a particular need of the Council it may be appropriate, subject to approval, to appoint to a higher point in the pay grade.
Please be aware that where there are staff within the organisation who are 'at risk' of redundancy, requirements to redeploy to another suitable role will apply and take priority.
