Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative looking to progress into a senior role and provide support to the warehouse team?
Based in our Winchester site, you will help drive efficiencies, health and safety and deliverables of our warehouse staff.

What does this role involve?
As a Senior Warehouse Operative, you will support the Reverse Logistic and Site Manager with operational tasks, whilst ensuring the safety of staff.
Day to day, you will:
- control inventory efficiently and effectively in accordance with company policies and procedures;
- control the receipt and storage of products, including tracking shipments from suppliers to ensure they arrive on time;
- audit and monitor the picking & packing of goods and arrange appropriate transportation for distribution (freight consolidation, cost analysis, routing and scheduling);
- conduct regular stock takes, reconciling inventory records and physical counts;
- provide up to date reports on operational performance;
- oversee and partake in the dismantling of discontinued smart meters.
Who are we looking for?
As an experienced Warehouse Operative looking for career progression, you will understand what the key ingredients are to run a smooth warehouse operation.
You will be a solution focused individual with a ‘can-do’ positive attitude.
Previous experience of using power tools within you day to day duties and holding an up-to-date forklift license would be advantageous.
