Job description
Reporting to the Video Production Manager, you will be a multi-skilled producer with excellent production, client, and account management skills. The ability to take briefs and transform them into engaging audience specific content for multiple platforms is essential. A complete understanding of the production lifecycle is required.
No two projects are the same, and because of the fast-paced and quick turnaround nature of the projects, the Senior Producer is needed to juggle multiple shoots at varying stages of production with great attention to detail and a high level of client service.

This is a producer only role with some editing required every now and then, there will be no requirement for the producer to operate a camera.
What you’ll be doing:
Accurately quoting for projects and upselling other services.
Creating call sheets, risk assessments, booking travel and crew, managing all shoot logistics.
Creating treatments for client edits, with clear editorial narrative.
Directing crew and talent on location shoots.
Interviewing spokespeople and talent, creating the questions to get the key messages and top newslines from them.
Working with the editor during post-production to get edits complete before deadlines.
Completely post-shoot admin: Chasing invoices/ PO numbers, finalising job sheets.
Cutting down footage into a B-Roll package for news using Premiere Pro.
Creating cutdowns for social media with editors.
Updating the freelance database with new and existing crew contacts.
Using Lucid Link to edit content remotely and making sure the freelancers are using it.

What we need from you:
Previous experience in a similar role.
Experience producing branded, corporate, and social video content.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
Skilled at Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
Experience creating content for editorial news.
Great communication and logistical skills.
Experience managing and directing a crew of up to 10.
A clear understanding of the news cycle and what editorial is.
Experience working with a drone operator capturing video footage.
The ability to build relationships with clients and with PA journalists.
