connective3 is a Digital Performance Agency with specialisms in SEO, Content Marketing, PPC, Display, Social Media and CRO. Due to client growth, we are looking to hire a Senior Video and Photography Manager based in our Leeds office. This is a fantastic time to join the team as they continue to experience phenomenal growth and work on innovative projects all over the world. This role involves travel both nationally and internationally (30% of the time) and a chance to work on a variety of exciting projects across industries such as travel, luxury fashion and financial services.
Role responsibilities:
As a Senior Video & Photography Manager, you will be involved in capturing events, product shoots and brand videos. You will also support our Head of Video & Photography with the day-to-day management of junior team members. Client work will make up approximately 80% of your time and 20% will be focused on supporting our internal marketing team. You will also be expected to travel nationally and internationally for 30% of the time.
What we are looking for:
- 4-5 years of experience in photography and videography
- Extensive experience working with video editing software (FCPX, After Effects, Premier Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
- A strong portfolio of work
- Good communication skills
- Management experience, an agency background and animation skills would be beneficial but not essential.
