Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand strategy across internal and external audiences.
- Lead the Social Media Team, define channel targeting strategy, and prioritize audience segments to support business objectives.
- Design efficient content creation processes and supervise the development of content distribution strategies.
- Collaborate with internal clients, teams, and partner agencies to understand the feasibility of cross-channel recommendations and plans.
- Optimize and harmonize agency and partner relationships for consistent brand visibility and experience across all lines of business and internal functions.
- Work collaboratively with a strong team of brand and creative content specialists, including Design, Production, Digital, Data Visualization, and Video.
- Stay knowledgeable of digital best practices, particularly in social media.
- Elevate storytelling by developing and refreshing brand assets.
- Serve as a brand ambassador to the corporation, partners, and stakeholders.
- Possess knowledge of and passion for emerging storytelling trends and tools to enable Moody's to successfully engage with diverse audiences.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Communications counterparts to ensure alignment with Moody's strategic priorities and brand framework.
- Help maintain brand and design governance processes and guidelines across Moody's entities.
- Stay current with thought leadership, branding trends, technology, and competitive strategies, translating that knowledge into new ideas for internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in marketing, communications, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field, with a consistent record of success in building and managing strong, global brands.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative brand solutions that drive business results.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with diverse partners.
- In-depth knowledge of branding and marketing principles, practices, and trends.
