• Experience in the full training lifecycle (needs identification/design/delivery/evaluation/embedding)
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Key job responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders, evaluate business problems, and conduct need analysis exercises to identify training opportunities.
- Write/support writing business review documents, status reports etc., aligned to Amazon business writing standards.
- Lead L&D projects and programs, adopting a project management methodology.
- Develop the L&D team on project and program management disciplines. Be seen as a role model in this space.
- Reviews existing training programs; suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and solve performance challenges by finding the appropriate resources in suitable formats
- Drive improvements in training performance by innovating and sharing best practices globally.
- Identify progressive tools and technology enablers that will improve effectiveness of training classes.
- Own the reporting and communication of training performance metrics to all the relevant Stakeholders.
- Ensure that you always act as a role model and create a positive and professional learning and facilitation experience that learners can aspire to.
- Develop a strong professional network of connections on social networks like twitter, pulse, Facebook, LinkedIn with whom you interact and learn from on a continual basis and which you regularly review to ensure they bring you value.
- You solve performance challenges by finding the appropriate resources in suitable formats.
- Ensure the end to end delivery roadmap is communicated and stakeholders are fully engaged.
- React quickly and efficiently to production imperatives, scheduling conflicts and network-wide rollouts
- Drives best practices standardization across all sites in region

To lead and manage L&D projects and programs aligned to the teams yearly strategy.
• Certification in Training Practice. • Prince 2 or equivalent. • Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills. • Experience in collaborating with instructional designers, training design teams/content developers to build training content.
