Your New Role…
As a Senior Trade Coordinator, you will support the Head of Business Development as well as the wider Trade team in the account management of trade partners and representing the Warner Bros. Studio Tour across global Trade Sales & networking events.
As the main point of contact for trade partners, you will manage day to day queries regarding ticket availability, marketing and future sales plans.
Your Role Accountabilities…
Day to day account management of the Trade partnerships, through acting as their main point of contact, understanding the B2B needs whilst delivering beyond service expectations.
Manage Trade partner releases & close outs, as well as facilitating the set-up process for new Trade Partners.
Develop effective and professional relationships with all internal and external customers across all levels. Including IT, Finance and Admissions.
Manage and update the annual marketing plan for all Trade channels, through creating regular Trade communications to ensure that Trade sales communication is cohesive and in line with overall strategic plan.
Manage the Concierge database and network, ensuring regular meetings and updates
Develop effective and professional relationships with all internal and external customers across all levels. Including IT, Finance and Admissions, supporting the wider business when required including WBSTH & WBSTT
Update the Trade Sales presentation, marketing materials and manage the trade presence on the WBSTL website on a regular basis to ensure they are all approved internally and in line with the Brand Guidelines.
Present and identify sales trends with recommendations to the Head of Business Development to ensure alignment on new business relationships and opportunities, with a view to achieve agreed budgeted targets as well as supporting with Budget Management.
Assist and support the Annual Ticket allocation for Trade, Consumer and Education.
Manage the set up for Trade show attendance and a minimum of two Fam trips per year.
Qualifications & Experience….
Proven commercial experience, ideally within the leisure, tourism or attractions industry
Excellent Sales, communication and presentation skills
Experience in working with data and reporting information through compelling presentations in MS Excel and Powerpoint respectively
Ability to cope in a deadline-driven, busy and challenging environment
Working Pattern
At times, the role will require regular working during evenings, weekends and school holidays (which are the peak operating times) as well as some international travel
