Full Time post for 37.5 hours for Anaesthetics and recovery to join the team at Royal Blackburn Hospital Theatres
The post is open to qualified nurses or ODP’s who have a proven history of working within theatres with Anaesthetic and Recovery experience
The post is full- time and located at The Royal Blackburn Hospital site, but occasional cross site working may be required to meet the needs of the surgical service
We are looking to recruit a dynamic, disciplined, enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our theatre team.
The successful candidate needs to be resilient within the workplace and should have proven anaesthetic and recovery skills in a variety of specialities. They will be working in a fast paced theatre environment which is unpredictable and encompasses a variety of specialities over a 24 hour period.
You will need to demonstrate proven managerial and organisational skills and have the courage and conviction to implements the Trusts Behavioural framework.
The successful candidate will also need to deal with conflict within the workplace, in order to ensure a safe environment for both patients and colleagues.
The successful candidate will also be required to manage the team, working closely with fellow colleagues to carry out HR requirements, training and supporting the Team Manager.
