Key Responsibilities
- Lead a multiple location testing team in either Functional or Automation.
- Plan and execute multiple testing engagements in Banking & Financial Services or different domain / account at a given time.
- Project level Reporting
- Defect Metrics Management
- Deliver to customer expectations
- Sample review test artefacts and prepare traceability matrix
- Track and Monitor smooth progress for test engagement
- Train team on testing expertise.
- Define and ensure compliance to Standards and processes
- Close interaction and collaboration with other support groups like: Business, IT Ops, Development, testing etc.
- Prepare Test management documents e.g., Test Strategy, Test Plans, Metrics, Root Cause Analysis, Estimations.
- Gather inputs and refine Testing Methodologies, Standards, Guidelines, and testing tools usage.

Requirements
- Experience in working Banking (Digital and Non Digital) Testing Projects
- Professional with 15+ years of in delivering IT projects using various models such as
Waterfall and Agile methodologies primarily in Banking & Financial services
- Experienced in leading client projects for continuous improvement, business transformation and change management (BAU)
- Good overall Banking knowledge including understanding of Consumer, Property and Business finance and Savings related products.
- Good overall Retail/ Corporate Banking knowledge
- Should have experience of managing projects for International Banking clients preferably UK banking clients
- Should have extensive experience in the area of Project and Test planning, Estimations, Test Strategy, approach and execution
- Experienced in technology and process Transition management
- Extensive experience working in a client facing role-managing expectations of various stakeholders
- Technical background and experience in Microsoft and other technologies viz. ASP.NET/MVC/Web forms, C#, WPF, WCF, Web services, Restful services, MS SQL Server, Oracle, ASP etc..
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Adhere process, quality and production standards or goals;

Salary: £79,780.56-£85,238.27 per year
