Your new role at NewDay
You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for hiring, primarily supporting our Commercial and Credit Risk teams. You’ll become a trusted partner to the teams you work with, developing an in depth understanding of the talent they need and where to find it. You’ll be comfortable using Linkedin, Otta and other tools to source your own candidates wherever possible, and you’ll be passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience every time. You’ll be part of a TA Team of 10 who are committed to constantly raising the bar, increasingly using data to drive improvements.
This is a parental leave cover position on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract basis.
0-12 months, you’ll deliver
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment cycle for roles in our commercial and non-tech operations teams, targeting <20% agency usage
- Use innovative and effective recruitment methods to secure top talent, supporting us in positioning NewDay as a destination employer
