Senior Supply Chain Analyst – Located at our Hobbycraft Head Office, BH23 6HG.

Salary up to £35,000 + pension with a 4% contribution, 25 days holiday increasing every year, 25% discount in our stores, hybrid working policy, Dog friendly office and many more!

This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours. Our core business hours are Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm but we have a flexible approach to start and finish times.

Our hybrid working model is 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.

About the Role

The Senior Supply Chain Analyst will have sound knowledge of wider business projects and objectives and good knowledge of the macro environment that Hobbycraft trades in. An ability to deputise for SCM’s and confidently lead and motivate a team of individual’s is required to successfully deliver the role.

They take responsibility for managing their division’s performance versus availability KPIS & Stock Budgets, are expected to apply a commercial outlook to their decision making ensuring that company sales are optimised and KPIS are adhered to.

Strong working relations with key stakeholders should be built to enable the analyst to operate cross functionally and achieve results as part of a team. A proactive and problem-solving approach should always be adopted, alongside a resilient mind-set, to enable to the analyst to manage fast-changing priorities.
