The role
As a Stylist in a Studio who strives to be the most creative amongst our competitors, you will be responsible for producing the highest quality fashion styling for our ecommerce gallery and campaign photography across Debenhams and all Debenhams group brands. If you have an eye for detail, passionate about Styling and want to stand out from the crowd then we want to hear from you! This role will require someone who is highly motivated and organised as well as having a strong styling back ground and portfolio. Working closely with the production team and creative team delivering campaign and content photography as well as leading the day to day studio gallery styling. Strong communication skills and being a team player are a must for our busy studios

What you’ll be doing
- Lead styling on all main campaign shoots, pre shoot and on set with the support of the production team and other stylists
- Responsible for achieving daily shoot targets across gallery whilst ensuring quality and consistency of imagery never slips
- Work closely with buying and design teams to set styling guides for the season and present to wider creative and brand marketing team
- Work with the Debenhams in-house photographer on pushing the art direction for gallery and campaign where necessary
- Collaborate with photographers on gallery shoots and external creative
- Working with our Senior Management team to create and lead the styling vision for the Debenhams gallery, campaign, social and advertising content
- Research trends both from the catwalk premium brands to inform styling decisions and ensure our presentation is consistently current and engaging, pushing for the best
- Create inspirational mood boards of recent trends, muses and competitor analysis to share with the creative and production team
- Create styling guidelines for the brand seasonally
- Liaise with buying teams on trends, product drops and intake dates to ensure we are shooting the correct products in the right timings
- Pull together campaign styling decks for external shoots
- React to sales and styling feedback from the buying and design team
- You will be responsible for keeping the styling pieces on trend by conducting research on our competitors and ordering new samples for the studio
More about you
- Previous experience in styling, across womenswear or menswear at a senior level
- Flexible and enjoy working in a high pace, fast moving and changing environment
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Ability to work with others and able to influence and communicate effectively across all levels
- Excellent people management skills
- Commitment, drive and self motivation
