Zenith Global are the central team, primarily based in London, supporting our local Zenith markets, leading new business efforts, developing thought-leadership, and driving network development for our 250 offices across 95 countries with over 8,000 staff worldwide.
We house a large team of multi-faceted communications planners, digital and innovation specialists and client leadership teams. Our global client portfolio comprises a range of category leaders including Reckitt, TikTok, Edrington, Coty, Electrolux and Nestlé.

We have a very exciting opportunity in a fast-growing team working on world leading fragrance, beauty, and skin care brands, with extremely ambitious goals. Coty is a true global leader in their field, and they have very big plans for growth. They are one of Publicis’ top global clients with over 40 markets as part of our network to date.
You would be working in an agency that is also growing fast. We know the challenges are getting harder and clients need to react faster, so you will play a pivotal role in making these bolder moves for our client. You will have the opportunity to take them down different, braver, more profitable paths and lead the way on some of the most globally recognised beauty and skin care brands.
They have an iconic portfolio of more than 70 brands organised by three divisions:
- Luxury (including Gucci, Burberry, Calvin Klein, Chloé, Marc Jacobs, Miu Miu).
- Consumer Beauty (Including Max Factor, Rimmel, Cover Girl, Sally Hansen, Adidas).
The Zenith HQ team directly services Coty’s Global Corporate team you will be joining. Based in London and responsible for the overall management of Coty’s agency relationships, media partnerships, strategic direction, best practice, and operations.
As the Senior Strategy Manager, you will be supporting the Global Zenith team in the development of the global media and communication strategies, as well as driving innovation for the client. This role will see you integrating with a multi-disciplined team to develop cut through communications, activations, and most importantly, contributing to the delivery of our innovation pipeline.
You will work with the Global Strategy Director to continuously improve our strategic approaches and drive the innovation agenda with the client. Additionally, you will help to shape the proactive agenda, which includes competitor analysis, insight and thought leadership. You will be passionate about the global beauty landscape and have an innate curiosity across the fast paced and (exciting) change that is taking place within the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Help shape strategic thinking and thought leadership for the client.
- Build integration with specialist teams and disciplines to ensure collaborative working, to drive proactivity and innovation.
- Develop brilliant strategic media strategies for the client's top brands, using excellent brand, market, consumer, and media understanding.
- Ability to analyse digital data, asking questions of the data and identifying trends and insights.
- Provide inspiring insights for media reviews, contributing to inform various global reports and analysis: sourcing/calculating data from local plans (e.g., product initiative budgets, media mixes, target audience, flighting by media type, etc).
- With the use of many leading research tools, help support in strategic campaign responses across the globe, including client campaign dashboards, GWI, TGI, other 3rd party tools along with client data.
- Analysing competitive runs and other data pulls (e.g. audience).
- Responsible for staying up to date on the latest product opportunities, strategies, and media executions of our core competitors in order to inspire clients
- Responsible for leveraging past campaign data and learnings to contribute to strategic guidelines and drive future improvements
- Working with general research & business data to drive the right strategic recommendations
- Contributing to in-agency innovation & strategic initiatives.
- Proactive in finding innovative & new activation opportunities.
- Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of tasks, projects including Global Media & Communication Guidelines, reports, and any ad-hoc requests

- Strong analytical & numerical skills, able to understand and interpret data, relentless curiosity
- Have experience on audience analysis & understanding tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong research abilities – desktop research, industry literature, other disciplines & departments within and outside the account and/or agency.
- Strong written & oral skills - able to come across clearly and succinctly share ideas & argument rationally (in email or over the phone).
- Strong ability to create & put together a narrative / storytelling based on data, insights, trends & learnings to answer briefs.
- Not afraid to share ideas, ask questions, challenge & actively participate, and contribute to discussions, work sessions… towards finding answers.
- Experience in collaborating with other people, across different disciplines to gather the relevant information.
- Experience in media & specifically global network collaboration.
