This is an exciting opportunity for you to join a dynamic, diverse team within the UK market of J.P Morgan's EMEA Amenity Services business. We are actively looking for exceptionally talented individuals who are collaborative, confident, and motivated to provide a first-class experience to clients.
Job responsibilities
- Assist in the management of food standards and quality across all areas during all stages of food preparation and production
- Work with the Kitchen team in creating and developing new menus
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared, cooked and served to the highest standard at all times in line with menu specifications
- Ensure a high standard of kitchen cleanliness is maintained at all times
- Ensure good Health & Safety and food hygiene practices are followed at all times
- Experience of a fast paced, high standards driven working kitchen environment in a Sous chef/Senior Sous chef position
- Business minded with the ability to maintain and control financial and ordering procedures
- Strong team player with an ability to pull together multiple partners in a productive, team environment
- Ability to motivate themselves and others around them
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility and operate in a changeable environment
- Culinary qualifications (NVQs - National Vocational Qualifications, apprenticeship, etc…)
- Basic MS Office skills valuable
