Jardine Milton Keynes is looking for a Senior Service Advisor.
Your role
As a Senior Service Advisor at BMW/MINI, we value your commitment to providing our customers with a premium level of service, anticipating their needs and going above and beyond at every available opportunity. This role has the potential to progress into a Service Manager position.
Your role is critical in delivering the wow factor that our customers deserve and is rewarded accordingly, with a competitive basic of £31,000 and a bonus on top with OTEs in excess of £50,000 per year.
Your profile
- Previous main dealership, Service Advisor experience
- Take ownership of all customer queries that come your way, either by phone, email, or in person.
- Learn about your customers by building and nurturing relationships. It’s the small details that make the difference.
- Act as the vital link between customers and the workshop, collaborating with aftersales, parts, and sales teams.
