About the role and our team
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and customer focused Senior Secretary to join our friendly and supportive Care Quality and Safety Team within Manx Care!
Within this role, you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of secretarial and administrative support using advanced computer skills.
You will need to be a highly professional individual who appreciates the sensitive nature of personal information, always demonstrating high standards of confidentiality and applying a resilient and understanding manner in dealing with patients and members of the public.
You will be responsible for:
- Answering enquiries of a routine nature from patients, relatives and staff
- Providing a quality service to the Care Quality and Safety Team, including grammar check of written responses and reports
- Drafting less complex letters, notes and reports when required
- Making appointments and maintaining electronic diaries and travel arrangements
- Gathering relevant information as required to draft summary findings in response to patient complaints and claims

A relocation package and interview expenses are not available for this role.
