Job Description

As a Senior Sales advisor at one of our stores the role will be too:

• Greeting Customers
• Sampling to customers to create interest in the products
• Interacting with customers to create the required atmosphere
• Processing sales on epos tills.
• Re stocking shelves & fridges
• Unloading deliveries
• Assist with waste control
• Keep the kiosk clean, following all company hygiene standards.
• Stay motivated and work as a team to increase sales.
• Participate in staff training.
• Work includes some weekends & bank holidays.
• Motivate & manage team members on shift
• Oversee staff training.
• Daily Cashing up & banking

Hours : 16-38 hour contract available.

The right candidate

As a Senior Sales Assistant you will need to be:

• Passionate about cheese & artisan produce
• Able to engage with the public to increase sales.
• Sales/shop experience preferred
• Able to manage people including motivating, appraising & dealing with any issues & get the most out of your team.
• IT literate, ideally experience of stock control software.
• Food hygiene trained preferred but can be provided in house.
• Sales/shop experience of at least two years
• Previous team leader/management experience preferred.
