We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager hungry for success by utilising their past industry experience to manage and develop our sales function. You will also be closely involved in our larger commercial sales as well as influencing our marketing and wider business strategies.
The role offers strong career advancement with potential route to Board level.

The key responsibilities of this role will include:
- To take ownership of your own and companywide sales targets to ensure they are at least achieved, but ideally exceeded.
- To nurture, support and develop the existing and growing Sales Team.
- To develop, implement and nurture a sales culture throughout the Company.
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
- Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction

You will be based from our offices in Colliers Green, Kent and throughout the South East of England, working in a team of enthusiastic people passionate about positively impacting our planet!
Essential Skills
- Experience in the renewable energy industry
- Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Desirable Skills
- Experience of construction surveys
- Electrical knowledge
