Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

What you’ll do
Leading, managing, and coaching a team of Account Managers who are building & leveraging relationships with NI’s Private & Public Sector organisations. The team focuses on driving growth predominantly across the Private Sector in NI, developing existing and new clients. The manager will be central in achieving a step change for NI, and will be working with director & board level customers on large transformational and complex bids.
The role has a sizeable impact on a specific work area or sub-function, in terms of:
- Strategic influence on the specific work area / part of a function
- Interactions with other teams within the function or work area
- Other teams rely on this Senior Manager’s performance
- The role addresses issues with impact beyond own team, based on knowledge of related disciplines.
The objective to disrupt the competitive market by leveraging the Vodafone business leading portfolio (Mobility, Connectivity, Cloud, Hosting, Security, Unified Communications & Internet Of Things) to deliver business outcomes that help Public Sector organisations to transform by moving to Vodafone.
Who you are

- Enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Ability to lead and influence across the organisation
- Technically aware, able to understand complex technical concepts and solutions
- Sales management and leadership experience in a similar challenging and complex environment.
- Experience in a direct sales environment as an individual contributor.
- Ability to command respect and support at the highest levels internally & within target organisations.
